Kimberly (Kim) Miller joined Mauser Packaging Solutions as an EHS Director in 2018 with the acquisition of Industrial Container Services (ICS). Before the ICS acquisition, Kim spent two years as an EHS Director with ICS. As part of the North American Large Packaging and Reconditioning business unit consolidation in 2019, Kim moved into her current role as EHS Vice President with oversight of EHS activities for the consolidated North American Large Packaging and Reconditioning business unit. Kim has led the Reconditioning EHS team to a 46% reduction in lost time/restricted safety incidents at reconditioning facilities.

ALLEN COPPOLO

Allen Coppolo joined BWAY in 2016 as the EHS Director and continues in that role for the Small Packaging business unit. Under Allen's leadership, Small Packaging implemented a new EHS Management System and has consistently achieved injury and illness rates better than the industry average. Allen has more than 35 years of EHS experience in heavy manufacturing.
Past experience includes eight years as a Health and Safety Director for EMC supporting Hubbell, Inc., a leading manufacturer of electrical equipment and six years as the Group EHS Director for Doncasters, a supplier of specialty alloys and castings for the aerospace Industry, supporting diverse and complex operations on a global scale.

FRANK BURGER

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGING
In 1991, Frank Burger began his career as a production employee with Mauser Fiber in Brühl, Germany. From 1994-1998 he was part of the IBC packaging development team and production manager for the first Mauser IBC Repaltainer. Frank assumed the Head of Occupational Safety and Environmental Protection role in 1998 for Mauser Global. In 2011, Frank left Mauser to pursue other opportunities but would return to the Company in 2015 to assume leadership roles within the SHEQ organization.
