In April, the Mauser IT Support Team announced additional language options for ServiceNow. The ServiceNow portal brings self-service to employee’s fingertips by facilitating the creation of IT incident tickets, requesting hardware and software in our catalog, browsing through informational knowledge articles and keeping track of all IT incidents and requests with full visibility into the updates and status of your tickets.
Additional language options in ServiceNow will allow employees to create and view information in their preferred language. New language options available are English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Chinese (Mandarin), Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish. These additional languages ensure the portal is accessible in the primary language for the majority of Mauser employees.
The ServiceNow portal also includes a Guided Tour resource which guides employees to the location of all resources within the portal and provides instruction for properly submitting incidents and requests.
