The North American Industrial Packaging (NAIP) business unit, celebrated NCSW this week with activities and recognition events at many facilities and a town hall hosted by Dave Vergo, NAIP President. During the townhall, Vergo provided an overview of the current state of the business unit, highlighted future outlook and key investment areas, and emphasized the importance of providing quality service to our customers. “Our customer service teams are on the front-line taking care of our customers and solving problems. It takes a special person to succeed in customer service and we have a lot of these special people at Mauser,” commented Vergo.
