To help Mauser benefit eligible employees feel well-planned for this coming open enrollment, our upcoming “Understanding Your Benefits” series will provide general information focused on making basic open enrollment decisions easier while highlighting additional benefits resources that are available year-round. While it is common for employees to face open enrollment decisions each year and think, “Next year I will think about this ahead of time and ensure I’m making the best elections for myself and my family,” now, is the time to review how your current elections have served your needs and consider whether the same or different elections are needed for next year.
