We are excited to announce that on September 23, 2024, Mauser Packaging Solutions, through its Industrial Container Services LLC subsidiary, has entered into a business transaction to acquire the reconditioning customer relationships of Container Management Services LLC (CMS).
CMS, a Stavig Group company, has been providing reconditioning and recycling services across the west coast, primarily serving the food industry. CMS will be exiting the reconditioning business, including closing its Hayward, California facility.
